Website Maintenance

Graphic Solutions Plus provides several website maintenance packages from which to choose. We offer a range from the One Time Maintenance Package for the smaller, one-time website update to the Ultra Maintenance Package, for websites that will need changes on a more regular and/or larger scale. Each package consists of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual brackets with savings of up to fifteen percent (15%) on your annual web maintenance fees.

Maintenance Packages

2 updates or 1 hour worth, (whichever comes first) of website updates every month at a rate of $30 per hour. Additional website updates will be billed at $30 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum per update after your available update(s) have ran out for the month.

Monthly Fee:  $30 Quarterly Fee:  $86 Bi-Annual Fee:  $162 Annual Fee:  $306

Updates include content editing, up to 2 Royalty Free images with graphics design, select script(s) additions, updating site's color, font, font-style, font-size, and link color and display.

5 updates or 2 hours worth, (whichever comes first) of website updates every month at a reduced rate of $25 per hour. Additional website updates will be billed at $20 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum per update after your available updates have ran out for the month.

Monthly Fee:  $50 Quarterly Fee:  $143 Bi-Annual Fee:  $270 Annual Fee:  $510

Updates include content editing, up to 5 Royalty Free images with graphics design, select script(s) additions, updating site's color, font, font-style, font-size, and link color and display.

10 updates or 4 hours worth, (whichever comes first) of website updates every month at a reduced rate of $20 per hour. Additional website updates will be billed at $18 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum per update after your available updates have ran out for the month.

Monthly Fee:  $80 Quarterly Fee:  $228 Bi-Annual Fee:  $432 Annual Fee:  $816

Updates include content editing, up to 10 Royalty Free images with graphics design, select script(s) additions, updating site's color, font, font-style, font-size, and link color and display.

20 updates or 8 hours worth, (whichever comes first) of website updates every month at a reduced rate of $18 per hour. Additional website updates will be billed at $16 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum per update after your available updates have ran out for the month.
